ALL items included in the VIP upgrades are picked up at the show. NOTHING is mailed to you. If you miss the the concert, we are not responsible for mailing the items included.
VIP info is emailed 2-3 days before the event. You will receive the time and location to be for your VIP. You will be checked into the VIP session with your photo ID or confirmation email.
