These are ticketless upgrades and DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have tickets purchased separately. VIP info is emailed 2-3 days before the event. You need to be at the venue at the time instructed in the VIP email. All VIP items are picked up at the event, nothing is mailed to you. If you miss the VIP session, you can get your VIP items from the band's merch booth. If you miss the show, Sepultura & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing items to you.
